Documentaries screened

KATHMANDU, January 27:
Nepali Cricket Documentaries “Beyond the boundary” and “A new horizon” were screeened to the members of CAN and the current Women’s U-19 Team at Tourism Board Auditorium Hall, today.

The show was organized by the Nepali Cricket lover/follower Surya Thapaliya as a fecilitation for the womens team who are about to leave to Kuwait for participating in ACC U-19 Womens Championship from February 1 to 10. CAN member Kiran Rana, Chief Selector Bijaya Sharma, Coach Jagat Tamata and many others attended the event.

Beyond the boundary is the documentary about the Nepali Cricket players Rahul Vishwakarma and Sharad Veshwakar, their drop downs and comeback while the new horizon is about the womens team which reflects the side of the game that one loses and another wins.

Nepal, the defending champion is placed on group A along with UAE, Malaysia, Thailand and China. Nepal will play China on 3rd February, Malaysia on 4th, UAE on 5th and Thailand on 7th February.
