Kathmandu – Nepal lost the encounter against Bangladesh by Eight wickets in their second match of ICC World Twenty20 but won the heart of many people and corporate sectors.

Bangladesh is a test playing nation and they even play better against Big Nations. So, against Associate Nation like Nepal who are playing them for the first time in T20, it was big learning for them. Ofcourse, there was huge expectation back home after they outplayed Hong Kong in the first match.

Nepal were three down for 39 runs but a record breaking 4th wicket partnership off 85 runs which is also the highest for any wicket in T20 between Skipper Paras Khadka and Sharad Vesawkar held the inning but 126 runs was never enough.

With Dew coming in to play in second inning, it was tough ask for the Nepali bowlers. But the match went till 15.3 over. Every one was tested by the Bangali Batsmen which was good period of learning.

Though, Nepal lost the match by 8 wicket, Fans and Cricket Analyst recons Nepal really played and handled like a top cricketing Nation.
