    CAN unveil the fixture of PM Cup One Day tournament

    The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has unveiled the Groups and fixtures of the fifth edition of the Prime Minister Cup One-Day Tournament. Three Departmental sides and seven province teams are divided into two groups.

    The last edition’s finalists, Nepal APF Club and Tribhuwan Army Club are in Group A with Karnali, Gandaki, and Sudurpaschim provinces. Similarly, Nepal Police Club is placed in Group B along with Bagmati, Lumbini, Madhes, and Province number 1. The tournament will be played in a round-robin format at TU Cricket Ground and Mulpani Cricket Ground.

    The tournament kicks off in a fascinating style with APF taking on Army at TU Cricket Ground and Police battling against Bagmati at Mulpani on 13th Kartik. The Final will be played on 26th Kartik at TU Ground.

    Tribhuwan Army clinched the title of the previous edition, defeating APF Club in the final. Last Year the tournament was played in the T20 format as Nepal were preparing for the Global Qualifiers of the T20 World Cup.
