Gandaki Province announce 18-men squad for Prime Minister Cup’22

The Gandaki Province team announced an 18-men squad for the upcoming Prime Minister Cup Men’s One Day Tournament 2022/23.

Bipin Khatri will lead the Gandaki Province for this year’s PM Cup. As per the announcement, Chandrakant Paudel, Samir Kandel, Bidhan Shrestha, Sachin Raj Adhikari, Arjun Kumal, Sandeep Khatri, Amrit Gurung, Karan Pangeni, Sandesh Basnet, Abhishek Basnet, Subhas Bhandari and Kamal Pariyar have been included in the squad.

Likewise, Dinesh Budhamgar, Pradeep Aryal, Saujanya Regmi, and Sandeep Parajuli are included as reserve players. Meanwhile, Rijan Praju will coach the Lumbini Province while Chandrakumar Gurung is their Team Manager.

Earlier, the Gandaki Province Cricket Association organized a selection tournament from October 2 to 8 and finalised the 18 players for the National tournament.

Gandaki Province Fixtures:
Gandaki v Sudurpaschim – 31 October
Gandaki v Karnali – 2 November
Gandaki v APF Club – 4 November
Gandaki v Nepal Army – 6 November

The Prime Minister’s Cup National Cricket Tournament organized by the Cricket Association of Nepal will be held in Kathmandu from 30 October to 12 November. Ten teams from seven provinces and three departmental teams will participate in the tournament.

The participating teams are divided into two groups. Group ‘A’ has Gandaki Province, APF Club, Tribhuvan Army Club, Karnali Province, and Sudurpaschim while Group ‘B’ consists of Nepal Police Club, Bagmati Province, Lumbini Province, Madhesh Province, and Province No.1.
