Golcha honors Basanta Regmi

Kathmandu –  Golchha Organization honored Slow left-Arm Orthodox bowler – Basanta Regmi with a Motorbike amidst a function at Tundikhel on Tuesday. Basanta had demonstrated an unsurpassed performance in the recent ICC World Twenty20 2014 in Bangladesh.

Hansaraj Hulaschand, the Director of Golchha Group handed over Motorbike key to Basanta Regmi. Regmi took 5 wickets in 3 matches. He was the only Nepalese bowler to take wickets in all 3 matches Nepal participated.

The Nepal Cricket Team were honored in a Fund Raising/Honoring-Concert Program organised by Prisma Advertising at Tundikhel on Tuesday. Bajaj Pulsar, Jagadamba Steels and MicroMax Mobile were the major sponsors of the program.

Robin and the new Revolution, Dipak Bajracharya Group, Dharmendra Sewan, Santosh Lama & Kutumba Band performed in the program.

“We have established Players Relief Fund and NRs. 480 thousand has already been collected.” Ranjeet Acharya, C.E.O of the Prisma told.

“In the Relief Fund, Western Union Money Transfer, Universal Group (Goldstar Shoes) & IME donated NRs. 1,00,001. Similarly, Anil Shah (Mega Bank) donated NRs. 125 thousand and Kailash Bikash Bank donated NRs. 25,000”, he further added.
