It’s pretty amazing and we’ve got a great bunch of boys: Paras Khadka

Team Abu Dhabi

Paras Khadka, the former Captain of Nepal cricket team is currently in UAE to play his first-ever International franchise base cricket.

Khadka, 31, was picked by team Abu Dhabi for the 2019 season of T10 cricket league starting November 15 for USD 10,000.

“I think it’s fantastic, we are regularly touring to the UAE and we have played in these grounds and in this environment before, but to come over here for T10 is pretty amazing and Team Abu Dhabi is a great bunch of boys and we are a tight unit, looking forward to the tournament”, Khadka said.

“It is an honour to be joining Team Abu Dhabi and I can’t wait to be involved in this incredibly exciting tournament,” Khadka said.

“I know the matches are going to be intense, but I love playing against the world’s best”, he further added.

Paras will share the dressing room with England’s star Moeen Ali, New Zealand’s Corey Anderson and Sri Lankan Niroshan Dickwella.

Former England coach Trevor Bayliss is the head coach.
