Ncell Beach Cricket 2011 will be organized in association with Shangri-La Cricket Academy from February 25, 2011 to March 5, 2011. Ncell Beach Cricket 2011 aims to promote the domestic tourism concept incorporating NTY 2011. Actor Manisha Koirala is our Goodwill Ambassador for the said event.

A total 36 teams will be participating in this festival. These 36 teams are divided in to two categories; Inter Organization and Inter Bank. Inter Organization tournaments will be held on February 25 and 26 whereas March 4 and 5 will see the friendly clash between the banks. The festive tournament will be held at Riverside Springs Resort, Kurintaar.
The matches played in the form of super six will have colored balls and dresses. At least one female contestant is made compulsory to make it more exciting. Top level executives from the organizations and corporate house are expected to play along with various political leaders and young parliamentarians. It will follow with a Caribbean pool party with 70s theme to make things more vibrant.
Ncell Chief Commercial Officer Mansur Khamidov said that Ncell would be always supportive for such events.
“Sports help to build a rapport between various Organizations and executives. We believe that it will play a vital role to create harmony between the various participants,” he added.
