Kathmandu-Patan Academy of health sciences defeated KIST Medical College by 53 runs to register their second win of 4th Rudip Memorial Inter Medical College Cricket Tournament. Winning the toss and batting first PAHS posted 158 runs in 20 overs and restricted KIST to 105/10 in 16 overs. PAHS with two wins in a row top the group A table with four points. KIST who had defeated host NMC in the previous match are on 2 points.
Similarly in the other match played today host NMC edged past Nepal Army Institute of Health Sciences chasing 97 runs in the 19th over.
In the matches of Group B Institute of Medicine had defeated Kathmadu University School of Medicine(KUSOM) by 54 runs. Chasing 125 runs KUSOM were bundled for mere 80 runs. Similarly in the other match KMC defeated NMC(Blue) by 8 wickets. Chasing 83 runs NMC got to the target in mere 13.4 overs.
