Sita Rana Magar wins the player of the match award in third consecutive game

APF women’s team captain, Sita Rana Magar, has won the third consecutive Player of the match award in the ongoing Lalitpur Mayor Women’s T20 Championship. Sita completed the hattrick of Player of the match award after her all-round performance against Koshi Province in the second match of Saturday.

The southpaw has scored 116 runs in three matches. Moreover, She has also grabbed seven wickets with her left-arm orthodox bowling.

Sita scored 45* runs, picked up three wickets and grabbed a couple of catches against Madhesh Province in the first match. The 31 years old scored 52* and pocketed one wicket in APF’s 15-run win over Sudurpaschim in the second match.

Sita Rana Magar completed the hattrick of the POTM award.

She was dismissed for the first time in the tournament on Saturday’s match against Koshi. However, her 19-run cameo and three-wicket haul were enough for her to bag the third POTM in a row and guide APF to the final.

APF are at the top of the table with six points. They will play against Lalitpur Mayor’s XI in the last group stage match.
