Skipper Paras Khadka achieves career-high ranking

Kathmandu – Paras Khadka, Skipper of Nepal’s National Men’s cricket team has achieved a career high ranking in ICC T20 International rankings.

Khadka jumped to 66th position in batting rankings with 417 points, just one spot above India’s MS Dhoni (67).

Likewise, Khadka has moved to career high ranking of 25th position in All-rounder rankings. He is jointly sitting with New Zealand’s Mitchell Santner, India’s Suresh Raina and Zimbabwe’s Elton Chigumbura. All four have 90 points each. Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan is at 26 position.

Pakistan’s Babar Azam leads the Batting rankings whereas Australian Glen Maxwell leads the All-rounder rankings. Similarly, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan tops the bowling rankings as of August 6, 2019 published by International Cricket Council.

Basant Regmi has dropped down to 71 (411 points) in bowling ranking, Sompal Kami is at 78 (391 points).
