Sunil Dhamala handed Nepal ODI debut against Oman

Sunil Dhamala made his ODI debut in the series opener against Oman at the Moosa Stadium in Texas.

Dhamala, 25, who previously represented Nepal in Under-19s level and List A cricket was handed an ODI cap by Vice-Captain Rohit Paudel. He became the 31st player to play One-Day Internationals for the Nepal National Men’s cricket team.

Prior to this series, Dhamala played two List A cricket at home against Zimbabwe A team. He managed 38 & 6 runs in both matches.

He plays for Nepal Police Club in the National tournament while representing Pokhara Rhinos and Biratnagar Titans in franchise cricket.
