Youth For National (YFN) Nepal defeated Great Himalaya Cricket Academy ‘A’ by 64 runs in the final of the Martyrs Memorial Twenty20 Cricket Tournament on Monday.
Batting first, YFN posted 141-7 in the allotted 20 overs and restricted Great Himalaya were for 77/10 runs in 17 overs to win the trophy. Despite Sudip Sharma’s 5-37, YFN riding on Kiran Budha’s 41-ball 46, Pramod Regmi’s 27 and Arif Ahmed’s 26 posted a good enough score. Jeevan Lamsal top scored for the losing side with 30 off 33 balls.
