Dhangadhi- Binod Bhandari’s blistering inning of 53 runs off just 31 balls helped defending champion Pentagon cruise Namuna by 5 wickets in the opening match of Hotel Devotee SPA Cup 2015.
Bhandari’s innings consisted of 5 fours and four sixes that saw Pentagon chase a target of 127 runs given by Namuna in just 14.3 overs. Naresh Budhayer and Sagar Pun scored 26 runs and 21 runs respectively for Pentagon.
Earlier, Chandra Sawad and Rahul BK combined to pick seven wickets as Namuna were bundled out for 126 runs in the 18th over. Roshan Nepali scored 44 runs off 28 balls for the losing team.
