Kathmandu- The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) is looking to extend the contract of Nepal’s head coach Pubudu Dassanayeke for two more years. Dassanayeke finally signed the contract paper on Friday, six months after CAN gave him the national coach duty.
Speaking to The Kathmandu Post, CAN’s acting president Dipak Koirala said that they were looking to extend Dassanayeke’s contract for two more years.”We will request the government to extend Dassanayeke’s contract until 2017 for the ICC World Cricket League Championship as we feel he is the right man for Nepal National Cricket Team,” said koirala.
