Afghanistan bowled India out off the penultimate ball to earn a thrilling tie in their last game of Asia Cup in Dubai on Tuesday.
Mohammad Shahzad’s 124 and Mohammad Nabi 64 helped Afghanistan to build a respectable 252-8. Ravindra Jadeja took 3-46 for India.
India, who already qualified for tournament’s final, needed seven runs off the final over and one from the last two balls. But Ravindra Jadeja top-edged a pull off leg-spinner Rashid Khan to only fielder outside at mid-wicket to fall for 25.
Pakistan face Bangladesh in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday to decide who will play India in the final in Dubai.
