Earlier in August, Lamichhane announced the donation to the TU groundstaff before departing for Caribbean Premier League.
“The pleasure is all mine. Whatever I am today is because of the people of Nepal”, he replied in a tweet.
The pleasure is all mine. Whatever I am today is because of the people of Nepal. I am indebted to those millions of hands that have selflessly continued to pray for me. This is just a small effort to do my bit. May my homeland and the people of Nepal continue to rise for good. https://t.co/ZUH8CPELV4
