Thailand Women’s U-19 Cricket Team have posted a fine target of 90 runs against Nepalese Women’s U-19 in the fourth match of the tournament. Thailand scored 89 runs from the allotted 20 overs losing 7 wickets.

Thailand are victorious against all three opponents before coming to this match. Nepal needs to score 90 runs to stay in the world cup race whereas Thailand will also look for 2 points before facing the UAE.

Bathinda Leephatthana and Thipatcha Putthawong then added 29 runs for the second wicket to establish Thailand’s inning. Leephatthana scored 19 runs whereas Putthawong added 20 without scoring a single boundary. Suwanan Khiaoto’s 16 runs in the middle overs helped Thailand post a decent score.

Skipper Kritika Marasini and Manisha Upadhaya were brilliant with the ball picking up 2 wickets each conceding just 15 and 14 runs respectively. Sneha Mahara also grabbed 1 wicket for Nepal.
