BHAIRAHAWA: Buddha Jyoti Boarding School defeated New Light Boarding School by 35 runs in the 10th New Horizon Cup Inter-school Twenty20 Cricket Tournament on Friday. Batting first, Buddha Jyoti scored 113-9 in 20 overs and packed New Light for 78 in 18.1 overs. Mahesh Gyawali top scored for the winners with 28, while Ram Sharma and Mahesh Barai added 12 runs each. Manoj Khanal and Pratap Thapa took two wickets apiece for New Light. Man-of-the-match Rajat Shrivastav and Pawan Chaudhary took three wickets each for Buddha Jyoti.
