Melbourne/CN – Sandeep Lamichhane, the little buddy of former Australian Captain Michael Clarke has arrived in Sydney, Australia today.
Clarke, who invited Lamichhane to play for his Academy, went to receive him at Sydney International Airport.
The 35 year-old was pretty much excited about his little mate’s arrival and wrote in his twitter page. He wrote, “Absolutely pumped to see my little mate arrive in Sydney!”
Lamichhane will play his first match against Mosman with Clarke at Allan Border Oval on Saturday, 24th September.
Clarke, in association with Hublot, the Swiss luxury watchmaker, has sponsored the 16-year-old leg spinner to attend the Michael Clarke Cricket Academy and to play the 2016-17 season with his Premier Grade Cricket Club, Western Suburbs in Australia.
