Kathmandu – Kanchanjunga International is all set to organise their first Corporate Beach Cricket tournament from March 18-26 at the Dalima Holiday Resort in Kurintar.
“Total of 28 teams will take part in two weekends super sixes format tournament that starts from March 18-19 and ends on March 25-26”, Subhash Pradhan, organiser of the event said. “The winners of each weekend will fight for the championship”, he further added.
Each team will have six players including a female player. The organiser is also planning to organise national open and inter-school tournaments in the near future.
Shangri-La Cricket is also organising similar beach cricket tournament since couple of years now.
