Kathmandu- Dhangadhi Cricket Academy (DCA U16) flattered again in their last 50 over match against Lal Chandra Rajput Cricket Academy despite Reet Gautam’s fighting knock of 53 runs.
Lal Chandra Rajput Cricket Academy batted first after winning the toss. They made 191 runs before being all out in 39.3 overs. Akash Palande top scored for the home team with 46 runs while Dipen Sharma took 3 wickets for DCA. Niranjan Singh also took 2 wickets for DCA.
Chasing 192 runs, DCA were folded out just for 148 runs in 38 overs, hence losing the match by 43 runs. Reet Gautam played a fighting knock of 53 runs for DCA. Lokesh Bom, who scored a century in the two day match, too scored 20 runs but other batsman failed to score which cost them the match.
DCA U16 now head towards Goa to play matches against team there.
