Kathmandu – Police NCOPS and Rajan Warriors won their respective matches in Students Athletic Activities Foundation(SAAF) school series today.
Nepal Police School – NCOPS won the toss and elected to bat first. NCOPS were bowled out for a mere 73 runs in their 13 overs. While chasing, Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya – SAINIK Seals were bundled out for just 56 runs in 12.4 overs. Suraj Chaudhary (NCOPS) earned the Man of the Match.
In other match, Rajan Memorial International School – Rajan Warriors thrashed Mount Everest School’s Everest Burners by 102 runs. Rajan Warriors won the toss and chose to bat. They scored 136 runs in their 20 overs losing 9 wickets. Meanwhile, Burners were cheaply dismissed for 34 runs in 11.5 overs. Sandesh Dahal (WARRIORS) won the Man of the Match. He managed to take three wickets for 7 runs and scored an unbeaten 14 runs.
Rajan Warriors will play Police NCops while Sainik Seals faces Everest Burners tomorrow. The match will be play at 9 am and 1 PM respectively.
