Coach Manoj Prabhakar and Former Skipper Gyanendra Malla handed the ODI cap to the Wicket-keeper batter Arjun Saud and the Allrounder Harishankar Sah as they made their way to play for Nepal against the United Arab Emirates in the first One-day International match at Tribhuvan University Ground in Kirtipur on Monday.

Sah and Saud received their ODI cap as the 35th and 36th players to play One Day International from the Nepal National Men’s Cricket Team.

Although Saud had played three one-day matches for Nepal during a Kenya tour in September, he is making his first appearance in a One-Day international match for Nepal.

Hari Shankar Sah, on the other hand, first appeared for Nepal Under-19s and he is playing consistently for his province side – Madhesh Province in the Prime Minister Cup. He has also featured in various franchise leagues in Nepal. Sah has played for Bhairahawa Gladiators (EPL), Chitwan Rhinos (PPL), Rupandehi Challengers (DPL), Biratnagar Kings (DPL), and Colors X-Factors (NPL).
