CAN selects Pulami, Karan, Mandal & Airee for Sri Lanka tour

Kathmandu – Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced a 15 men squad for the upcoming high performance Sri Lanka tour of Nepal on wednesday.

Rajesh Pulami (Batsman), Karan K.C.(Bowler), Anil Kumar Mandal(Batsman) & Pradeep Airee (Allrounder) are among the selected player for the upcoming tour. Paras Khadka, Gyanendra Malla, Binod Bhandari, Subash Khakurel, Shakti Gauchan, Basant Regmi, Bhuvan Karki, Sompal Kami, Sagar Pun, Amrit Bhattarai and Naresh Budhayair are in the squad.

Sharad Vesawkar has been left out due to his illness during ICC World Cricket League Division three in Malaysia.

Sailesh Kumar Chaudhari has been appointed as the team manager. Mahesh Prasad Rijal will be assisting with head coach Pubudu Dassanayake.

Nepal will play two 3-days game against Sri Lanka XI, three twenty20 international matches against Hong Kong and a single one-day match during 18 days long Asian Cricket Council’s high performance program for the preparation of ICC World Cricket League Division two from November 7 to 25.
