Indian Skipper to visit Nepal

“Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni who made the Indian supremacy in Test, T20 and World Cup will be arriving here in Kathmandu on June 15 for a day visit”, one of the national daily reported today.

Indian Embassy for Nepal has confirmed his arrival . However , Indian Embassy have also stated that this arrival will be confirmed in Friday because of Dhoni’s current stay in Kashmir. Dhoni is now with the Indian army in Kashmir because of which the confirmation is delayed.

A close friend of Dhoni managed this visit. Dhoni will be here in Nepal for just one day. In his visit he will be busy in the TU ground at Kirtipur with the players. The Indain Embassy has also requested CAN to manage interaction program for the players and the Indian skipper.

After the interaction programme, Dhoni will be heading toYak and Yeti hotel along with Nepali fans and followers. In the next morning, Dhoni will be visiting Pashupatinath temple.

Dhoni is the third famous Indian player to visit Nepal. Before this Sunil Gavaskar and Kapil Dev already visited Nepal. Gavaskar visited in 2004 where as Kapil stepped Nepal for the first time in 1999.

Dhoni will be returning to New Delhi on  the noon of 16th June .
