Kritika Marasini took a hattrick in the opening day of Lalitpur Mayor’s Cup Women’s Cricket. Playing for Lalitpur Mayor’s XI, Kritika Marasini showcased an exceptional bowling display against Bagmati Province to take a hattrick.
Coming to bowl the 12th over of the match (her first over), Kritika dismissed Khusi Dangol in the fourth ball, followed by a wicket of Bipisha Shahi in the next ball. She bowled out Manisha Upadhayay in the last ball of the over to complete her hat trick. Moreover, She sent back Ashmina Karmacharya in the first ball of the next over to take four wickets in four balls.
She ended with a figure of 2-0-4-4, which is the best bowling figure in the Lalitpur Mayor’s Cup. The previous best was 4/9 by Sonu Khadka. Kritika’s brilliant bowling helped Mayor xi defeat Bagmati by seven wickets. She was adjudged as Player of the Match.
