Nepal national cricket team’s star batter, Kushal Bhurtel is set to play his first match in Australia. He is confirmed to make a debut tomorrow (December 9, Saturday).
He will play for Frankston Peninsula Cricket Club in the Victorian Premier Cricket, the elite club competition in Melbourne, Australia administered by Cricket Victoria.
Kushal Bhurtel arrived in Australia on December 3 and trained with the team on the 5th of December.
He will debut for Frankston 1st XI in the match against Essendon 1st XI on Saturday. The match will be played at Windy Hill / Essendon Cricket Ground and starts at 11:00 AM local Time. (5:45 AM NST). The match will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel of Victorian Premier Cricket.
After the end of the fifth round of the tournament Bhurtel’s team, Frankston are in the 8th position in a 18-team tournament.
