Himanshu Dutta is a Nepalese cricketer. He represented Nepal U19 team in the ICC Under-19 World Cup in 2016. He made only one appearance in tournament, playing against Pakistan U19 at Fatullah on 9 February 2016.

In domestic tournaments, he represents Madhesh Province.
