Kushal Bhurtel (22 January 1997) is a Nepalese cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and bowls right-arm medium. He came into the picture during the Tri-Nations T20I series, including Netherlands and Malaysia, hosted in Kathmandu, Nepal. Bhurtel became the first Nepali batter to hit four fifties in the same series. He also set a record of three consecutive fifties from his debut match in T20 cricket.

Bhurtel, who was named Player of the Series, scored 62 in the first game against the Netherlands, 61* in the game against Malaysia, 62 in the third game against the Netherlands, and 77 in the final game against the Netherlands. He was also involved in two consecutive hundred-run opening partnerships with Asif Sheikh in the same series.

On 14 February 2023, playing the home ODI series under the ICC CWCL2, Bhurtel hit maiden century (115), becoming the third Nepali player to score centuries in both ODI and T20I cricket.

On 18 July 2023, he grabbed 6-40 against UAE-A side, his first five-for in List A games at P.Sara Oval ground in Colombo during ACC Men’s Emerging Asia Cup.
