Shakti Prasad Gauchan is a former Nepalese cricketer. Gauchan is right-handed batter and leg-spin bowler. He represented Nepal at the Under-17 level in February 2001 when he played in the ACC Under-17 Asia Cup in Bangladesh.

He played in the Under-19 World Cup in New Zealand the following year, also making his debut for the senior side in that year’s ACC Trophy. Shakti played for the Nepal national cricket team since 2002 and retired on December 15, 2018, after his team Pokhara Rhinos were out of the Everest Premier League 2018.

He was one of the eleven cricketers to play in Nepal’s first ever One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018.

In March 2019, Shakti Gauchan become head coach of Bhairahawa Queens, a franchise cricket team of the NCL women’s league in Nepal.
