Shyam Dhakal (also Mousam) Dhakal is a Nepalese cricketer who represented Bhairahawa Gladiators in the Everest Premier League and currently plays for Armed Police Force (APF) Club in domestic tournaments. The 21-year-old off-break bowler clinched 12 wickets in the 2022/23 Prime Minister Cup.

On 19 July 2023, Mousam made his List A debut for Nepal team against UAE-A side in ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup where he picked up two wickets. Likewise, he made his Nepal T20I debut against UAE on October 18, 2023 at Mulpani Cricket Ground.
