Prem, Lalit hands Nepal U19 big win

Kathmandu- Spinners Prem Tamang and Lalit Rajbanshi combined to pick seven wickets that handed Nepal U19 a big win over Nazafghar Cricket Academy at Nazafghar Cricket Academy Ground, East Delhi on Wednesday.

Prem Tamang took four wickets while Lalit Rajbanshi picked up three wickets as Nepal U19 bundled out Nazafghar Cricket Academy for just 124 runs in 42.6 overs. Nazafghar Cricket Academy were 77/8 in 28.1 overs but the last two wickets partnership took them to 124 runs. Rinku Chik 19 runs, batting at no.9 and Rohit Tiwari 20 runs, batting at no.10 helped the home team to post 124//10.

In reply Nepal U19 chased the target in 35.3 overs losing 5 wickets. Sunil Dhamala top scored for Nepal U19 with 40 runs while Rajbir Singh scored 33 not out and Aarif Sheikh also remained not out on 26 runs. The duo shared an unbeaten partnership of 56 runs for the fifth wicket.
