The Opening Ceremony of the Hotel Devotee S.P.A. Cup, National Inter College Cricket Tournament –2013 from the Former Prime Minister & Congress Leader Mr. Sher Bahadur Deuba at 11:00 am today has been halted by the excessive rain at Dhangadi, Kailali.
The tournament has been postponed till Monday as there are chances of heavy rainfall for few more days. The opening match will see Durga Laxmi Multiple Campus face Pentagon International College, Kathmandu.
