Kathmandu/Cricnepal: Shangri-La Cricket Academy is organizing the fourth edition of Corporate Beach Cricket on March 30 and 31 at Riverside Spring Resort, Kurintar, side to the Trishuli river.
In a tournament played in super sixes format with colored balls and colored dress, a total of 12 banks will participate, informed the organizers in the press meet organized on capital today.
The main aim of the tournament is to share the good relationships between corporate houses, said Aamir Akhtar, the director at Shangri-La Academy. The bankers will be included in the first phase, while in the second phase corporate teams will play that will be held on April 20 and 21. teams.
Organizers also expressed their interest and plans to organize the international level corporate cricket by 2013.
Nepal Tourism Board will join hands with the organizers to bring international teams for corporate beach cricket.
