KATHMANDU, December 29:
Tip Top 11 defeated Naxal Challengers by 7 wickets in the ongoing Marwadi Premier League to enter into the quarter finals.
Batting first, Naxal Challengers scored 87 for 2 wickets in 16.2 overs. Prashanna Shakya topscored with 21 runs off 8 balls with two fours and two sixes. Hemant Todi added 18 runs while Suraj Shrestha and Parth Upadhyay contributed 15 and 7 runs respectively. For Tip Top 11, man of the match Rahul Goyal grabbed 4 wickets. Manish Chaudhary took 2 wickets. Sunil Gaggar and Rahul Bansal each grabbed a wicket.
In reply, Tip Top 11 chased the target in 14.2 overs in lost of 3 wickets. Manish Chaudhary made 29 runs while Ganesh Sarawogi added 20 runs. Aashish Chaudhary and Amit Goyenka each added 8 runs. For Naxal, Mukesh Gupta, Gaurav Jain, Parth Upadhyay each grabbed a wicket.
On Friday, Ebisu Real Hitters will play against J.V.D. 11.
